Summary: Vicky and her siblings take off from their foster home--and Vick feels her siblings are holding her back. 

Final Thoughts: The main character's behavior is terrible, making fun of her sister with special needs. Having a sibling with special needs gets me riled up when I hear about that...and for the rest of the problem, the characters are not engaging and the plot isn't good.
